should assam or ceylon tea in Pulled Tea (Teh Tarik)

I’m wondering if assam or ceylon tea would work with Pulled Tea which basically consist of condensed or evaporated milk, sugar,tea and water. So which tea do you all think could work well with the ingredients?

I work with a person who makes a mixture similar to that using a bagged Ceylon tea (although she doesn’t call it Pulled tea). I have never tried it myself.
