Countdown to Catching Up (Part 2)! Tea Countdown: Tea 7 - Coconut Flan Genmaicha!

Greetings, everyone!

An update on my cellulitis – it’s doing so much better! I’m not out of the woods yet, but I also no longer need to attend the wound care center twice a week, so that is definite progress. I still deal with a lot of pain & I’m told that it may be that I have some permanent damage that will continue to cause me pain – but it’s definitely not as bad as it was even just a few weeks ago. Things are looking up!

I truly appreciate all your patience & while I’m still a little behind – I think that for my own sanity, I will call the next 10 teas a part 2 to my countdown to catching up & hopefully at the end of these 10 teas, I’ll be all caught up. Fingers crossed?
