Ok a Temp ?

I have been playing with my new kettles both gifts and from QVc so I have a tiny bit of time. I have some tea from Teavana an Oolong Chia and on the pkg it says 195 for 3 min. By Cuisinart var kettle says for Oolong 190 and my Breville says 195 which is the best to use. Like the Cuisinart but which is better as far as temp. Either cannot be adjusted
