Mexican Restaurant Hot Tea
I’m at a Mexican restaurant and a family member ordered hot tea… they got a Lipton cold brew tea bag and for the sweetener – breakfast syrup. http://bit.ly/X4yrT9
Definite tea fail. Even te de canela (Mexican cinnamon tea) would have been better.
Now I’m curious why a Mexican restaurant has breakfast syrup on hand…
I have heard of people sweetening their tea with maple syrup, and I ordered some maple tea, but I don’t care for the idea of using breakfast syrup from a packet.
