Honoray Invitation

I was recently honored to participate in a Tea & Chocolate Pairing on January 20th at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort in Carlsbad, California. It was presented as part of the Hyatt’s International Food & Wine Event. Last year I was invited to lead an upscale tea service at the Park Hyatt Washington DC. I am sharing this with you because these are the types of affairs Certified Tea Masters are invited to and get to participate in. Each one is generally a new experience and loads of fun to plan and execute, not to mention significant publicity.
