I got my Butiki order. I got a bunch of flavoured teas in small amounts, to fit my very occasional flavoured tea habit and a lot of PTA.
I received my first order from golden tips. I got
all assam samplers
all nilgiri samples
all oolong smaples
and 100gr. masala chai.
received 3 extra (darjeeling) samples.
I am in tea Heaven. Signed up for their monthly tea sub (bi annual) so more teas to come. :)

I received my first ever Mandala order. :)
Mandala – GABA black, Rou Gui “Cinnamon” Medium Roast Oolong, Big Red Robe Fancy Grade Dark Roast, Ripe Pu’er Sampler Pack (Noble Mark, Phatty Cake II, Special Dark, Year of the Dragon), a Milk Oolong sample (I’ve wanted to try this!), a Golden Needle Premium sample, and the set of Four Beauties sipping cups (I have 3 sisters so this was perfect).
Yah, I have a lot of reading to do before I even attempt to open the package. ;)

I received a twin haul today. My Mandala Tea order arrived as did my Aliexpress order of teaware and tea. From Mandala I got a tong of the 2104 Wild Monk, Wild Mountain Green cake, and several loose ripe puerhs as well as a Phatty Cake 2. From aliexpress I got two gaiwans, a set of teacups, and a ripe puerh tea cake. Both vendors sent free samples. Mandala’s samples were quite generous ripe puerhs which I had requested.

I also got my first Global Tea Hut magazine and goodies! I am really excited that they sent the current month, instead of starting me next month. I was really interested in these Taiwanese stones that Marzipan mentioned she received in her order. Can’t wait to try them!!!

My Butiki bday order came in! It’s the last order I allowed myself to place before going on shopping hiatus! It smells wonderful and I love the hand-written note. I’m excited about every tea in that box.
The August box for Simple Loose Leaf came in today. It was a sample pack of all 5 teas.
The weird thing is that I’m pretty sure that when I agreed to write the reviews in exchange for free tea, SLL set me up with a free subscription of 3 months. This is month #4…
Not that I don’t want free tea! I just don’t want the people at SLL be short one box this month. I sent the company an email letting them know I got the box even though I thought my subscription was up.
No fair, I want mine! :P
You’ll have to let me know how the tins are, I thought about ordering my teas in-tin but didn’t.
They are really sturdy, and have two lids. One that sits on top, then you take that off and there is another one that fits more tightly and has a little knob to pull up.
Awesome, I love double-lidded tins! I’ll have to make sure to grab tins the next time I order from them. :)
