Yesterday I got my order from Yunnan Sourcing that went on the slow boat from China via surface mail, three tongs of ripe tea.

Had a friend visiting so wasn’t posting the mail as it arrived so here’s a weeks’ worth in the form of my Varieteas sample box, an order from David’s Tea that I shipped via a friend (the company don’t ship outside of the US) and some teacups

While i still haven’t received my black friday orders, i did get mail today from omgsrsly! So yay for mail from tea friends!

I got some organic herbal blends from Amitea today. Lemon ginger, peaceful blend, and sweet dreams blend. All three have been lovely and the seller great to deal with. I’ll definitely order more in the future.

The other day I got an order from Puerhshop but didn’t get around to opening it until today.

My first order from What-cha arrived this morning.

I got 100g beengs of their 2015 ‘Lao Shu Bai Cha’ Raw, 2016 ‘Jingmai Shengtai’ Raw, 2016 ‘Road to Lincang’ Raw, 2016 Yong De Ripe, and 8 Yunnan Jingmai ‘Moonlight’ White Tea Dragon Balls.

I was also happy to get a sample Yunnan Jingmai ‘Unroasted’ Oolong Tea Dragon Ball as well as a 10 gram sample of their 2014 Sen Zhi Kui Kokang Raw Dark Tea from Burma.

That’s my agenda sorted for the next week then….

Picked up my recent order from Canton Tea Co. at our local supermarket’s mail drop-off point early this morning – a beeng of 2013 Xiaguan ‘T8653’ sheng, as well as 100 gram mini-beengs of 2012 De Hong Ye Sheng, 2011 Bu Lang, and 2012 Wu Jia Zhai from Canton Tea’s “Raw” collection, and a 100 gram mini-beeng of Canton Tea’s house ripe.
