Today I was surprise to find the birthday 52 Teas order that Starfevre gifted me. Looking forward to trying the Earl Blue.

And can I just say an admiring word about Upton’s customer service? I have a credit card on file with them, but it expired so I had to put in a new one, and I must have mistyped the number or something. The next day, I got an email from Upton that basically said, “Well, your credit card didn’t work, but based on your history with us, we shipped out the order anyway. Please call us and give us a new card number.” What can I say? Tea people are friendly, trusting folk.

I was one of the winners of RiverTea’s Facebook photo contest, and my package came in the mail today. They kept the teas a surprise:

- Margaret’s Hope (Autumn Flush Darjeeling)
- Bad Weather (Herbal tea)

I also got samples of:
- Golden Himalaya
- Greek Mountain
- Baked Apple (which I already had in my cupboard)

On top of that, the little surprise gift this time was this thing made out of orange felt and cut out to look like a tree. Not quite sure what to call it, but it’s pretty!

Starfevre sent me a nice box of teas to try. I also got my sample from Mellow Monk.

A good mail day for me today. Got a 3ds case I got off ebay nearly a half week early, which is pretty cool. And I got my Whispering Pines order which I totally wasn’t expecting since their site says ‘Processing’ still. Lol! Got a free sample of the Pine Peak Keemun with it, which I’ve already tried, but hey, free tea ftw. XD Super excited about all of them, though I’m having second thoughts about the December I ordered. It’s alot more, errr, smoked meat smelling than I was prepared for. XD
I’ve already made a cup of the Fujian Black which hopefully I’ll remember to write up a review of.
