Unflavored Matcha

Where would you suggest I buy unflavored matcha from? I have tried the red leaf flavoreds but wasn’t a huge fan but tries plain matcha and loved it.

I tried Nuvola and liked it a lot and it is very inexpensive. Kai Matcha Premium is quite good, indeed but much more expensive. I have some arriving tomorrow from Olive Nation that I have high hopes for. I get free shipping every time I order from them somehow, even with small orders. I have purchased vanilla beans from them and they are the highest quality beans I have ever bought, and unbelievably inexpensive. I will post a review when their matcha gets here. Red Leaf has some higher grades of unflavored matcha that might be more up your alley.

Will be putting in an order with DoMatcha soon, prefer sources such as Aiya, maiko and hibiki-an.

Try the following:
www.taooftea.com
Their liquid jade flavor profile is that it is sweet, buttery and rich oceanic taste.

www.swansonvitamins.com
Their Matcha Green Tea Powder has a wonderful ‘umami’ as well.

I have yet to try Aiya Matchas but their ceremonial matchas are the finest grade out there.

And as already mentioned hibiki-an is another good source that produces fine matcha.

Thanks for reminder as I will be needing more matcha again.

How about O-Cha.com ? they seem to have the most variety?

A few months ago a fellow commented about matcha on here. His company sold really expensive premium matcha, he had videos of making matcha, and they also sold a pitcher that they had especially made, I think by a potter, for making matcha with an aerolatte. Does anyone remember who he was or what company it was? I wanted to look at the pitcher again, and wouldn’t mind having another look at their matcha selections.

I’m pretty sure you’re thinking of Breakaway Matcha.
