Question for Adagio customers

I ordered a sample from them yesterday and it still hasn’t shipped. Their policy says orders placed before 3 p.m. are shipped on that day. How long does it usually take them to ship your order?

I think they changed their shipping really recently. I’m in the same boat as you: took them 4 days to ship my order! They also used to have 1-day UPS shipping if you live near one of their places, but they changed to USPS and now it’s about 3 even though I am a state away…
