Something spicey or something with cinnamon in it always does the trick for me. Also real strong ginger tea, like burn your tongue strong.

I also like to have something with spices: a chai or Constant Comment.

Rooibos chai. Warm/ spicy, and good for cold evenings.

Any chai does the job just right. With warm milk… we like the Sexy Chai for evenings (when we aren’t going right to bed, in which case a good rooibos), the lavender lightens the chai-ness strength.

Annnnddddd, not to make you all jealous. It’s 73 this morning in Miami. Yum.

Coco Rooibos Chai-David’s Tea. Or if you can have alittle bit of caffeine right now and like Teavana:

Maharaja Chai Oolong/Tulsi Dosha Chai blend. (The second one has rooibos in it.)

Any tea with Orange in it. During the winter it’s important to have Vitamin C. Helps keep away colds, depression/winter blah’s.

Truthfully just about any tea that I love does it for me.
