Electric Kettles

All fantastic input, thanks everyone! I’m inclinded to look into the slightly more expensive kettle with the with the built in temp gauge, but @Will and LiberTeas I really like the point of view that you take and feel like once I get more into tea and all types of them that it will soon be my goal to be able to do preperation through my senses, I feel like it would be a truer more organic way to experience the tea. :)
