Fast Lane tea from Celestial Seasonings

I’m thinking about ordering a box of this online. About 15 years ago (WAY before my fascination with good tea), my husband and I used to drink it compulsively. Then they stopped making it, and we were devastated!

Well, I just happened to think of it, looked it up, and they are making it again! You can only get it online.

Do any of you who normally like unflavored, quality tea actually like this stuff? I am wondering what I might think of it now after all these years.

I can’t really speak to their flavored teas, but I love some of the Celestial Seasonings herbal teas. Sleepytime Vanilla and Madagascar Vanilla are of my go-to teas when I want something decaf.

I love Sleepytime Extra! Of all the sleep-promoting herbals I’ve tried, it’s the one I keep coming back to.

And I’m CRUSHED that they no longer have Almond Sunset. My mom and I used to drink that every afternoon when I was a child. I liked having a cup now and then to reminisce.

Ooo, that sounds delicious! I just noticed they actually have a page on their website where they recommend currently offered suggestions to replace their discontinued teas, but tasting something similar probably wouldn’t spark memories like the original would. But hey, they brought back one of their teas, maybe one day they’ll bring back that one too! :)

Good to know. I never got to try it the first time around, but would like to.

Celestial Seasonings (and Bigelow Constant Comment) were my gateway teas. I’ll always be fond of them, though some I’ve become less enamored with over the years.

From those to Stash and Adagio, and then I just walked through the looking glass…

Yep, I hear you. Add a detour through Twinings, and it’s my story too. :)

That’s funny. I started with Republic of Tea and Stash, then found Adagio, then moved on to bigger and better things…

Republic of Tea; yes, that too…

Started with Stash and Twinings, progressed to Teavana and then Adagio and then I found this site…

I love the Fast Lane tea! The cola flavor is so nice, and helps wake me up. I drink this pretty regularly and I don’t feel the need to sweeten it. I’d recommend it!

I still love Fast Lane! I drink it when I need to stay awake and it definitely does the trick. I agree with KeenTeaThyme, it doesn’t need any sweetening. It’s great on its own.

Where were you thinking of ordering it from? It is on amazon.com, but you have to order 6 boxes at a time.
