Thank you. Don’t worry the second the week is over I will be jumping to get my first cup of tea. I wonder what effects could be felt once I start again?
7 days shouldn’t be so bad. 6 months, that might be a little more difficult for you. Best of luck – difficult without the deliciousness of a cuppa…. wait… sips… no temptation :D
LOL, I just finished a huge pot of puerh. Somebody stop me I’ll never make it and I didn’t even start yet.

I did it for nearly three months once, when I lost my taste buds two years ago. but then I really didn’t have a choice… but atleast I didn’t get withdrawal symptoms, I was just upset to miss out on my tea!
The lists sound like a good idea. Personally, I don’t think I could last for even half a day.

This is a great idea (besides the obvious self-torture, haha ♪), it’ll be a great learning experience.
And maybe, if you can hold off on shopping for new tea during the week of the fast, you can test a bit more mental deprivation too?
