??? tea bricks

looking for a tea brick made of (pressed?) tea.
google found a cake at yunnan sourching. (375gr.)
I was wondering if the tea would be similar to a pu-ehr in the end, esp. after storing it for a while. They are pricy, and some are offered on ebay as well, for lots and lots of money, so thought of checking it first.

thanks in advance.

The tea bricks if stored properly are even better with time. After buying them you will need to take care to store them in a place away from any moist source, heat source or light.

i prefer a black tea, esp. from fujian, so I assume the tea won’t ferment further into a pu-ehr? (which I would hate)
so far I came across white tea tablets and black tea tablets. I will check out the oolong ones too.

I bought a nice Dian Hong brick on Amazon for little money. Do a search for Tao of Tea and scroll through the varieties. I’ve seen other bricks of black teas. They even have a Tao of Tea “Tea Flower” brick. I really love the ToT loose Tea Flower’s.
