Le Creuset Kettle ... melting, melting, melting ...
My Melting Le Creuset Kettle ( the wicked witch syndrome):
That, plus the fact it spits like mad when pouring out … a really bad design and use of inappropriate materials.
That is awful. I left one on the stove, and it boiled dry. The enamel melted onto the burners. It was embarrassing. I have never had a non-enamel one. Sometimes it will sprut out the spout onto the cup and counter. I do not know why. It does not always do it.
That’s really unfortunate. I’ve always had good luck with their cookware.
Ouch. That’s pretty bad given the high regard given to their products.
Have you thought about contacting the company? I’d be interested to know how they respond.
I’m MELTING.. mellllllting! (couldn’t resist)
Wait, that’s a Le Creuset? I thought their stuff was high quality (and expensive), I’d totally contact them.
