DavidsTea Summer Collection
Ok I seem to make a thread for this every season, but I cracked the DavidsTea summer collection using twitter once again. The collection to my knowledge consists of:
Mint Julep
Tropicalia
Mango Fruit Punch
Pink Passionfruit
and Coconut Grove

looks like coconut grove is a white tea if the french is to be believed :)
Those look great! I was at my local DavidsTea today and one of the girls raved about Mint Julep! She said they should be released in mid-late-May!
Mint Julep!! Mango Fruit Punch sounds good too. Can’t wait to see/smell them in person!
I’m excited for the ware :) I want a glass pitcher and I want to check out whatever mugs and pots come out too :D
Me too! I don’t need another Perfect Mug, but… I’d really like one. Why not just fill my house with them and delegate the old ones as coffee mugs for everyone else? :P
I am so excited for the Iced Tea ware as well. I have been waiting since Christmas to get one :)
I was told that it was coming out Wednesday, but now I can’t remember if it was THIS Wednesday, or NEXT Wednesday…

Wow, this is the most excited I’ve been about a new DT collection in a long time! Mint Julep is right up my alley, and Pink Passionfruit and Mango Fruit Punch could be good. I love those containers too. I’m glad that only two have coconut, though I still wish they would back off the coconut train a bit more.
And the mango train! How many mango teas do we need? Kokomo Green, Pom Tango…. But I agree they sure love coconut. We just got a coconut white (coco lemon thai) and while it is my fav from anytime in the last 6 months, we don’t need more!
lol i’m not excited about the mango one obviously, as I can’t drink it.. I wish they’d use it less.
Oh, that is difficult. Do you have to worry about the scoops being contaminated when they pour the tea?
Not really, I go to the store close to me enough that they know, and they will ensure that the scoop has been rinsed :) .. if I go to other, unfamiliar tea places, I just let them know and they are also good about it :)
