How Do You Combat Tea Stains On Your Teeth?

I just use Sensodyne Pro Enamel. Considering the amount of acidic foods I eat and the amount of tea I drink, I find that my teeth feel stronger and keeps them fairly white (90/100). It just remembering to brush my teeth that gets me sometimes I hate to say. Also I try to drink past my teeth as well.

I use ProNamel too! Toothpaste twins! :P

YAY!!!

It’s weird, but my teeth don’t seem to be effected by tea. I brush with one of those “pro health / complete / total” type toothpastes and follow up with a non alcohol mouthwash after flossing.
I find anything that specifically does whitening bothers my gums after awhile.

It only helps a little, but it’s something… charcoal toothbrushes! http://www.bergmanproducts.se/en/art/oral-care/toothbrush-bamboo-charcoal.php
