Drinking the second steep of Adagio’s Lapsang Souchong, remembering the days when it was once “Russian Caravan”
I am sipping on Anxi Monkey King (Ma Liu Mie) Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea, I quite enjoy it. The dry tea has fresh vegetables and fruits fragrance, after brewed, tastes smooth and brisk with sweet aftertaste and long-lasting fragrance, besides it is one healthy way to lose weight , both for women and men.
Some Guan Yin oolong from China. seriously, shouldn’t I lose weight by now from all this oolong? (kidding, don’t drink enough of it)
Verdant’s Laoshan Black.
I’m just gonna drink top-rated-at-Steepster teas for a while now that I’ve found this forum. Wow.
And next paycheck I’m gonna stock UP on Laoshan Black. What a truly phenomenal tea. I’ve discerned chocolate notes in tea before, lovely, but never realized that an unflavored tea could carry this degree of, well, sheer brownie-ness. Finished off the Laoshan Green last night, so elegant and also needs-to-be-stocked-up-on; this is another ballgame altogether. Fabulous with muffins. I love Verdant.
Wow- thank you for your kind words, Confetti!! I love seeing tea drinkers try the He Family’s teas for the first time. I grew to love tea because of teas from Laoshan, but trying the He Family’s innovative teas for the first time years ago made us determined to share their tea with the rest of the world.
Hah, also drinking LB. My order came in so I brought the rest of the last harvest to work with me. I am interested in comparing it to this the newest batch which is at home. You know a tea is good when it survives an accidental ten minute steep.
Adagio- Almond Scone (my blend)
Silver Buds Yabao. I’m happy I was able to try this curious tea this afternoon, which is cool and cloudy, with a mini t-storm.
Thanks to Dexter3657, I am sipping on Cappuccino Caramel Crunch by Della Terra. YUM.
Lemon Lift from Bigelow. I’m going through some of my bagged tea and my husband and I decided some of these could be brewed in larger quantities. So far I’m not disappointed!
Earl Grey Supreme by Harney & Sons. Been living off cafeteria tea for a bit now, glad it’s a nice brand!
I’m currently sipping on the 3rd steeping of Laoshan Black Chocolate Genmaicha. It’s still tasty!
