Dashboard issues?
Is anyone else having issues with their dashboard on here? For the past half a week, whenever I click on my notices, I get the little loading cycle and nada. It’ll just keep at it and never get around to showing the page.
Oh, It’s a bug! I’ve had that problem also. Jason helped me out and told me you have to generate a new «page» of notices in order to clear the bug. A page means 30 new notices, so basically, your 31rst notice wil be the one that sets you free! I’ll help you be «liking» your notes righ now :-)
How do you generate a new «page» of notices in order to clear the bug?

looseTman, you have that bug too? As written above, it takes 31 new notices to get rid of it…how many are showing at the moment? I can do the same as I did for Snooty and set you free by liking your notes, just let me know. (Maybe I should change my name for LadyBug? lol!)

New notices: 2 past 24 hours + 28 Past 7 Days = 30 notices total.
My last tasting note was 6 hrs ago.
My last Recent Activity was 5 hours ago.
If your bug is the same as mine, it should be working now, I gave you a few extra just in case :-)
Thanks for your assistance. However, it appears there is no change in my dashboard.
It looks like the explore page started working about 8 minutes ago. So maybe soon. In the meantime you can go to explore then click browse to see all the posts including people you aren’t following.
Ah! looseTman, now I understand why it didn’t help your situation, the problem addressed in this topic by theSnootyTeaPerson was about not being able to access the NOTICES in your dashboard and not the dashboard itself. That’s the bug I was referring to, I thought that was also your problem. The dashboard being frozen is an issue that we can’t control I’m afraid…But as KS just mentioned, you can still use the explore option until it comes back.
Anybody else having issues the last few days? I emailed Jason and thought it as working, but apparently not so much.
Yeah same here. Mine seems to quit working sometime through the night, then by mid aft it comes back…but not today I guess.
I find that I get my emails all in batches too! Nothing, nothing and then all of a sudden 50 emails from Steepster!
Yeah I’ve noticed if I look at the site before noon it seems to die in by 3-4am and that’s been for almost a week I think? But then it always seems to be back later. got an email at 1:30 today and when I looked in my notices it was actually from around 6am.
