My cousin is about to have her second child and she really wants to nurse him. She was unable to nurse her first child due to a medication she was on. Does anyone have a recommendation for a nursing tea?

I have had many family members that swear on drinking a beer to help with nursing. Not sure what it is in the beer, but maybe a tea with hops in it?

When I was pregnant with my son I read that they give new mothers a Guinness in the hospitals in Ireland to help their milk come in. Sounded good to me, but I opted for an IPA. :-)

I’ve heard about Guinness as well I was always told that it had something to do with the Iron in it or any stout! This time of year though an IPA would be great.

Fenugreek really increases supply. I’m sure there are teas around with fenugreek in them.
