New Site, New Teas
Hey Guys!
Just wanted to announce our brand new site is now up and running! We’d love to get your feedback on it so please if you have time head on over and check it out.
Why a new site? Well for a few reasons.
1. We wanted to focus on just the tea blends that we custom blend in the shop. Meaning, we either dehydrate the ingredients or source them locally. We’re not really into being middle-men. Since it’s berry season in Ontario right now look out for some inspired blends to pop up shortly!
2. Education. More videos and how-to’s will be scattered throughout the site so check back often.
Your shop used to have some very nice “straight” teas, so it is indeed very sad for me to see how you have moved away from them to the blended stuff.
I guess you are going with what’s popular and trendy. Sad, like I said.

Thanks for the feedback. And that’s really what prompted our switch to this format- feedback from the (literally) hundreds of people we’ve taught tea and tea blending to. Here in Toronto the food and beverage scene is all about understanding the people behind what you eat and drink and where it is sourced. We work with boutique hotels, yoga studios, and cafes that are very interested in sharing as much info as they can with their customers.
So what you see offered on our site are blends that have been made by us so we know exactly what went into it. That’s what our customers ask when they come in and that’s what they have come to expect.
But don’t worry- we are still updating the site so you may see some orthodox teas appear in the near future!
