Sorry about the quality. Quick doodle, cell camera and such
There might still be some tea in the Boston Harbor…..
Any takers? Let’s keep this topic alive
i just got back from teavana. after i tried rishi’s iron goddess of mercy, the monkey picked oolong that i enjoyed at teavana wasn’t the same anymore. it tasted like warm water mixed with a slight woodsy after taste. there’s nothing high quality about their tea. if you put a high price on something and make it seem high quality, idiots will buy into it (literally and figuratively).
teavana’s sales associates are pushy, and they do it well. at the end of the day it’s their job, but they’re really annoying. i told the lady that i’m just looking, and i’ll try a sample later. as i’m trying to see which tea cup i like most, she asks me if i’m still looking every 10 min. as i’m still browsing, she comes up to me with one of their new infusing tea ware things to try to sell me something i don’t care for. i’m very picky when it comes to design. i like very simplistic and functional design. i could care less about the additives that don’t do anything to the functionality of the product. i just told her i already had one, after i let her explain what the thing did for 5 minutes. you should’ve seen the look on her face.
mockey picked oolong is the most expensive/lowest quality tea that I have found on the market. You should complain to Teavana/SBUX/other consumers like us
thanks for sharing this blurb. It was clearly understandable and honest :-)
So simple and functional… Gaiwans are simple and fun. Those drop down tea thing are super convenient. Teavana might be able to tell you something about functionality ;-)
Dear SBUX,
Teavana might as well be dead.
Sincerely,
Your formerly loyal costumers
