Those sound interesting! Any rumours on the release date? Is it November, or December that they appear?

Also, I’m surprised that there are 3 non-caffeinated options!

Hopefully early December.

Alpine punch? Wondering what will be in it…
For the others, it’s sad that I don’t like chocolaty or nutty teas :(

Uniquity said

Alpine Punch is a repeat, you can check out reviews from last year. :)It has coconut so I don’t like it, but I guess many do!

So sad there’s almond in it :( But since I’m curious, I think I’ll try a cup when it’ll get out and hope I will like it ;)

Plunkybug said

It’s very almondy/marzipan/almond pastry like Very good, even for rooibos haters.

I tried it yesterday and I loved it! I think I might even try other nutty teas because I am discovering new flavours that I like a lot :D I also tried the White Chocolate Frost (even if I had bad experiences before with chocolate teas) and I didn’t like it. Actually, I didn’t even taste the cocolate so I felt like I was drinking a herbal mint tea (odd).

My local David’s say they’ll be getting new tea on November 1st, so I’m assuming that’s the winter collection, the holiday collection to follow a few weeks later?

I thought that one happening on the first of the month was the tea of the month and part of the permanent collection. Why would there be both a winter and a holiday collection?

Plunkybug said

Tea of the month is Chocolate Chili Chai (repeat) as per a store associate. Which means it goes on the wall permanently after that. :D

Yeah, I think it’s kind of odd that there’s both a winter and a holiday collection too. But the girl at my local DT was certain that they’re getting like eight new teas on November first.

Holiday is a bit more Christmas-y. They use the Holiday Collection in gifts.

http://www.davidstea.com/specialorders Guys…. you can see the whole collection here. I don’t know when they are going to take this down so hurry.

Good find! Thanks!
I imagine they want it up so that corporations can buy gifts for their employees – they might hide it, but they probably won’t take it down. At least, maybe not?

And OH! Those birds are cute, but I don’t need more bubble cups.

I don’t know it seems like a mistake to me. Someone complained on their facebook page so I can see it getting taken down soon. But maybe they do!

Aww! No Nordic mugs. :( Those latte mugs are kinda neat, although they don’t seem to come with the baskets.

I can see there being more than this, because for instance new Timolinos are missing. I wish I had gotten the leaf nordic, or the stout tea pot, I really liked those but they sold out before I had money :(

omg.. I love those mugs!! Thanks for sharing this :)

Chizakura said

Yeah I meant to get the stout leaves pot as well for the Fall collection, but I beat around the bush too long. I didn’t realize it’d sell as fast as it did…

A couple of these new mugs are super cute. I’ll probably grab a couple :)

Ahh the birds the birds!! So cute! I so do not need any more mugs, but maybe the set of 2…one for my mom and one for me for Christmas! :D

Would someone mind terribly describing me some of the new mugs?

There are two perfect tea mugs. One white on outside, red on inside. On outside red design of a partridge sitting in a tree. The other is the exact same but with green. Another one with the exact same design but a clear glass mug. A white perfect tea mug with a geometrical design of lines and triangles and Xmas trees in various shades of green. A white perfect tea mug, light blue on inside. A silver design on outside that looks like tree branches with berries on them.

Lala said

The partridge design also comes in latte mugs. There is also tea pots and mugs with the various designs on them.

Are there any color sensitive ones? I missed out last year and was very sad :(

Thanks so much, lala! can I ask how the latte mugs differ from the normal perfect mugs? are they bigger/thicker/taller/wider? Do they still have a handle?

Lala said

David’s describes them as an extra large porcelain mug. $14.95. On the web page they appear to be shorter than the perfect tea mugs but also much wider. They are slightly wider at the base than they are at the rim. There is a handle. It reminds me of an oversized coffee mug. I can’t really tell if the walls of the mug are thicker than the perfect tea mug but they look similar on the webpage.

I wonder if the basket infusers will fit in them.

OMGsrsly said

From the look, I’m gonna say maybe not. It might be worth trying to find one of the infusers that hooks over the side of the mug. I have one from a local(ish) place, and it works for so many more mugs. Of course I tend to drink tea out of soup mugs, so ymmv.
