Tea Brand Recommendations

What do you think about the teas from Adagio and Harney and Sons?. I am new in these and some friends told me that this two brand are very good and also with good prices.
Do you recommend me??
I Also heard about Rishi tea and Tea american room , but i was looking their websites and i saw that they are expensive Brands.

I have had really good experiences with Harney and Sons. The only bad thing would be shipping can be expensive if you live out of the US. But the service and their teas are good. I have never tried Adagio.

Kind of depends what you are into (or trying to get into). Overall, I like Harney & Sons over Adagio. I personally found Adagio’s quality kind of meh (forget shipping outside US for them too).

On the similar vein of HS and Adagio, how about:

DAVIDsTea (canadian, but shipping is decent + free shipping threshold)
The Persimmon Tree
Art of Tea
Upton Tea Imports (good prices)
Butiki Teas (amazing tea)
Della Terra Teas (lots of sales!)
Steep City Teas (they have good prices!)

More into unflavored teas, I’d check out
Den’s Tea ($3 sampler!)
Teavivre
Verdant

For me both are really good and have very convenient prices.
I think both are similar in quality, but I tend to like more Adagio though.

Are you interested in any particular kinds of tea? I find Harney to be very reliable and while some of theirs are my favorites, all I’ve tried have been good. I particularly like their Chocolate and their Black Currant. I’ve also found Tea Source in Minnesota to be reasonable and reliable. I love Della Tella for their flavored teas.
Butiki is lovely, but with slightly more exotic tastes (and a bit more expensive, but certainly not overpriced for the quality).

Are you in a location where mail order is easy? Or are you in a location where you have to worry about international shipping fees?

If you give us a little more detail on your preferences (or if you mainly want to explore variety at this time), we may be able to give more specific suggestions.

I would recommend Tea Source and Teavivre as their shipping has been good to me with decent quality and pricing, but I live in USA. Adagio has also been of decent quality and price. I haven;t tasted very much personally though, I may just be biased.
