I wanted it to be tea drinking for normal people – not tea as some arty farty quaint and quirky commodity that can only be enjoyed by those with specialist knowledge

I also want it to share my experience of what makes a good cup of tea, that teabags aren’t all the work of Satan and that tea is something for us all
