Myfitnesspal and Tea

I’m gadgetive on MFP

I typically don’t log my tea because I don’t see it as a lot of calories. The exception are some of those crazy David’sTea blends. Yikes those can be quite high if you are not careful.

When I was using MFP religiously (not so much any more – I find it helpful for a couple months at a time, and then it gets just stressful), I wouldn’t log my tea except as water drunk. But I don’t sweeten it and don’t tend to go for blends with sweeteners or sugar already in.

Congrats everyone on the weight loss so far!

PokemonGO has been great for getting us out of the house and walking more, even if it’s just up to the PokeStop on the corner and then back through the park.

Religious use can be stressful and not always helpful. That’s why you have to listen to your body as well as log the food. You also have to remember that not all calories are equal. Some food may have a higher calorie count but be better for you.

I have a 359 day streak so far. I’m getting closer to that full year mark :D

I’m back to a 1 day streak or something like it. Damn those midnight shifts it always messes with my streak.

I’m fjellrev on there too, so please feel free to add me! I’m currently at a 569-day streak but haven’t lost any in a while between two neck injuries, job-settling craziness, and general laziness (especially lately).

Added you :D
