Farewell, Sungma Estate Autumnal Darjeeling SFTGFOP1

I got this tea last year (TD69) and am drinking the last cup of it right now. Lovely smooth Darjeeling, with a flavor including the scent of well-aged hay, fresh walnuts, and a hint of citrus. Drinking it neat; no tannins to need blunting with milk. Is there any point in writing up a review of this tea, now that it’s a year old, and Upton doesn’t have any more to sell?

problem is that different tea companies buy different batches and the variance from year to year is incredible.

yep, sometimes its nice to right a review just so you have something to judge against in the future. You never know, maybe you’ll find one that’s even better. Its what drives my tea craze!
