Oolong Saturday, anyone?

Bringing back this thread because I love the idea. And I finally have an opportunity to participate! Drinking Verdant’s Shui Jin Gui, gongfu style. When I drank this tea for the first time, I had a transcendental moment – which I haven’t experienced since I tried matcha. It was also then I discovered I love dark oolongs.

Very comforting. Has an aroma of honey, and the wet leaf smells sharply of fruit, a little cranberry-like. The liquor is bright and smooth – bordering silky – and bursting with honey. Has a somewhat tart aftertaste. And I’m only on the first infusion!
