Teavivre - Pay Pal

I have written Teavivre but it may be tonight before I hear back from them. In the meantime I am wondering if any of the rest of you have run in to this. In check out I applied my points to reduce the total. Pay Pal now says the invoice does not match the cart total so it refused to allow me to proceed. Hoping there is a fix that does not involve a credit card.

I had this problem last week. Teavivre had to reset their data before it would work. It is because the paypal site is having trouble connecting to the teavivre site. What they suggested to me was when you go to make a payment, click proceed to checkout instead of the paypal button. You can still choose paypal after you are in proceed to checkout.

Thank you Lala. It went straight through with no problems. I won’t delete this discussion in case others have the same problem.

The Paypal option on their sight is having a problem with shipping today too. If you spend over $30 it still tries to charge you for it even though it qualifies for free shipping. I think the straight to Paypal button is just buggy at the moment for some reason.

Proceed to check out is definitely the way to go. Knowing how much I enjoy their, tea it’s worth a tiny hiccup.

Yep, pick the proceed to checkout option. You have to enter your address, etc., but can choose to pay via paypal after that and the free shipping, points discounts, will work.
