Well it has been a long time in the coming but I think that I have finally got it down. If you guys want to take a look at http://theteacupany.com/tea-of-the-month-club/tea-club-in-canada/ to see the options and let me know what you guys think I would greatly appreciate it.

I made a couple of different options as discussed in this thread, as well as shortened it a bit to 3 months. This way it is a win/win for both sides. If it works out well we can extend it, and if not then there is not too much commitment to the program.

The $35 includes shipping so when you add it to cart there is no additional charges added to the order.
