An Interview with Jeff Fuchs - Tea Explorer, Ambassador of The Tea Horse Road

I was recently connected with Jeff Fuchs, writer of “The Ancient Tea Horse Road”. We met in Lake Havasu to drink tea and talk story.

Our session was recorded and you can watch it here: http://tealet.com/jefffuchs

Jeff tells the story of how he connected with the mountains of Yunnan and what he has learned about the puer tea business. This is very informative for tea lovers and tea business people.

Great interview, Elyse. Many thanks for posting it for us!

I have been a fan / follower of Jeff’s travels (and tea-adventures) for several years. He is a fascinating individual, and quite personable as well.

Best wishes,
sherubtse

Thanks for checking out the conversation. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about telling the stories of the people behind the tea. I look forward to working with him in the future.

I love Jeff Fuchs! Was at an event launching his puerh subscription last year. So much character and passion

Are you part of that subscription service, Indigobloom? If so, what do you think of the teas, and the service in general?

Thanks.

Best wishes,
sherubtse

Sherubtse, I wish! It seemed really expensive at the time but now I wish I’d done it anyhow. The samples we tasted were beyond amazing.
