So I guess no one is excited about saving $8 when it brings the total cost to $50? I guess especially when there have been so many huge discounts and even freebies.

I’m thrilled! I just have no $ or cupboard room. I have a feeling my tea budget the next rolling 12 mo. will be down to my absolute necessities and dirt cheap sales. I’ve limited myself to one shincha and I have it already.

I love green tea, however, I caved in and bought the Maeda-en 2010 super premium shin-cha when it was the steepster select a while back and I won the giveaway of the select shin-cha from Maeda-en — so I think that I’m good for now!

I won the giveaway too. You’ll have to let me know how the super premium shincha compares to the select shincha. Personally, I wasn’t excited about this shincha set also because I have a lot of shincha already, and it wasn’t a deal that just popped out as “got to go for it.”
