I never received them and haven’t heard of anyone else who has either. Paypal generally have to report within 30 days. I’m more curious why there haven’t been more reports on this- a rather large site yet haven’t been able to find anyone online who tried their teas.. the other businesses listed at their address have never heard of them.. they are not registered as a business in Washington state where they say they are… and so on.

If they are in fact a scam site they are probably actually based in China, or perhaps Pakistan.

With Paypal you have 45 days to report a claim so anyone who didn’t receive their tea from these people should have reported them, IF they use Paypal, I don’t know if they do.

I checked on their website, they don’t accept Paypal.

It looks like they’ve stopped updating February 2014. There’s a FB post June 2014, but not related to tea.

I’m going to guess they’re gone.

Found the site and the teas sounded great. I spend a lot of time picking out many different teas to try but when I tried to place an order it wouldn’t process. Sent email, no response. Tried the phone number listed on the site, number disconnected. It’s not always convenient to get to a tea shop. Can anybody recommend another site to order loose with the fun variety listed on the phantom teamonger site?

I signed up for the free samples in Sept. and never received them. Even received an email saying – they were on their way!
