Art of Tea's Tea Judging Panel

Was anyone else here chosen to a member of Art of Tea’s Tea Judging Panel? I just got my email and wanted to make sure I was following everyone from here that was chosen.

Me! I hope they don’t send any non-vegan teas. I guess l’ll be trying to get someone else to taste it if they do.

When you sent in your Bio did you mention you’re vegan? Sorry I’m just replying this… I left for vacation almost literally immediately after posting this thread and, almost literally, just got back.

Well:
1) there is no name on the tea
2) Didn’t know if Art of Tea wanted them public; whether there was some agreement (that I wouldn’t have read) saying we wouldn’t post about them or something.

A blind taste test? Odd… (I haven’t opened my box yet) but yeah a company who sends free samples to be reviewed but doesn’t want them reviewed certain places sounds silly.

They are labeled Tea #1 and Tea #2 and give a description. I think their point is not to get reviews, but to get opinions on which tea they should carry.
