I don’t remember where I got this sample but this is a great pear tea – not spicy at all.

Pear Luna from Teavana is a good white, not sure if they still carry it. Be careful when you brew it, I would steep for 30-45 sec instead of the recommended 1min

I really liked Townshend’s Tea Company ‘Pear & Pomegranate Tea’, and it looks like they have a ‘Pear & Green Tea’ blend as well.
Might be worth checking out if you’re still looking:

I’d get worried the pomegranate would get too selfish… pear is normally a delicate flavor.

I didn’t notice it to be so when I drank this. The pomegranate was almost an afterthought. Definitely an accessory to the pear.

Townshend’s needs to give practically every other tea company a lesson on blending pomegranate teas then!:)

Haha, this may be so :-p

I know the perfect tea! Element Tea has a Pear tea that is absolutely delicious!!!! I tried it at a tea tasting and was so surprised at how much I liked it. In fact, I think I’m going to go brew some now. :)

(Here’s a link to the tea, just in case you need it. http://www.elementtea.com/pear.html)

I just tasted a green today that was pretty remarkable. It has small pieces of candied pears and marigold blossoms. The pear flavor was distinct and clear yet very natural. It was called Pear Helene by Souvia teas.
