Extra tea party ticket for event in Iowa...

I posted on this in Tea Rooms & Retail, but I’ll put it here as well, especially since things have changed since I originally posted.

My mother, her friend and I are going to New Virginia, IA on June 21st for a Black Beauty (the book not the tea) themed tea party at Miss Spenser’s of Longview Farms. From there, we are heading on to Des Moines to visit Gong Fu Tea and Chocolaterie Stam where embarrassing amounts of dark chocolate sea salt caramels will be purchased. We are addicts. We can’t help ourselves. :)

My mother in law was supposed to come with us. Two days after I bought the non-refundable tickets, she had to back out! So, I have one extra ticket. They cost me $29. I will sell this one to someone for $20. If you come with us from Kansas City and spend the whole day with us (it will be a long day of driving) that’s all you’d have to pay for – the tea ticket. Oh, and whatever you wanted at Gong Fu and Stam. We’re going anyway so we’ll cover the gas.

If you wanted to meet us there if it is closer for you to do that, that would be peachy as well.
