I placed an order yesterday and a 20% discount code was issued on Facebook last night (listed in the miscellaneous sales thread). They retroactively and on their own account applied the 20% discount to my order and informed me by email today. Once again I am impressed by their level of service and kindness!

That’s fantastic!!! I’ve ordered from them a few times and have always been impressed with the quality of tea. Love the black packages wrapped in red tissue – so much fun opening their boxes!!!
