I’ve tried Root Beer Float and Caramel Corn… I brewed RBF hot, and it tasted like hot root beer, haha… yum…? I’m going to try brewing a concentrate and pour it over ice and some carbonated water, the fellow at Davids Tea suggested it that way, I think it will be good, because it really does taste like root beer. Caramel Corn smells like heaven, personally, I was anticipating it to be sweeter than it was, but the notes still shine through, I steeped it for about 10 mins. Curious how other people have made these teas? Has anyone tried cream or a bit of sweetner in Caramel Corn?

I really like the root beer float, iced with some sweetened condensed milk. I’d use closer to 25g (3 level tbsp) for one of their pitchers (just over 2L) than the 16g in the pitcher pack, though. I found 16g to be a little under leafed.
