I thought initially it must be tea and clothes but on the first site I went to I found nothing but clothes. It is possible my browser got hijacked. That does happen once and a while. You type in a url and you end up somewhere totally different from what you typed. Tends to happen when I try to go to a particular Taobao site. I have to type it in twice to get where I want to go.

What I don’t understand is how she recreates the same account for spam each time it is deactivated. The name does not vary.

The Windows one could be from a scam group that calls you claiming to be from the Windows Technical Department or something like that. They are actually scammers as Microsoft doesn’t call it’s customers to offer technical support. If you get a phone call from them just hang up or perhaps tell them you have an Apple computer instead.
