organic certification

Does anyone out there know the OG laws? If you are getting your tea from another compay (who packages and labels all the tea you are selling) do I then need to be oganic certified to sell it on my site? or is that only if I package and make the teas myself? Thanks for the help :)

I believe it only matters if your touching the tea, but if you are just reselling already packaged tea, then I would imagen that it would be fine… (keep in mind that I have no exerience, I am just a web designer… Not a merchant.)

That’s what I was thinking. But organic laws are so crazy so maybe not …
