The Simple Leaf closed :(
What a tragedy! I’m glad that I got a ton of Mountain Malt and American Breakfast just a few weeks ago. They were some of my very favorite black teas.
Has anyone contacted the owners? It would be nice to find out where we can continue to get those teas…
What! Nooooo! Not Simple Leaf! There were so many teas I still planned to try from there, and stock up on. Sob.

On the web page, they state that you can send questions to thesimpleleaf dot com – I would like to but I don’t want to rub salt in their wounds…

I really don’t know what to say, Mountain Malt was my favorite. If anyone finds any teas similar, please let me know as I will be looking.
Nooo!!! It can’t be! That sucks! The Simple Leaf had some awesome black teas that I planned to re-order. :’(
That is some seriously bad news. Dawn in particular was a remarkable tea and I can’t imagine another that could take its place.

Ricky, please let us know what you find out! I was seriously considering becoming a tea importer over the weekend after hearing this!
I’m ready to order Mountain Malt and American Breakfast if they have tea left.
They haven’t responded, but I’ll let you know when I hear from them.
