Tea Featured on The Next Food Network Star

Tonite on The Next Food Network Star, contestants had a picnic basket challenge. They had 3 key ingredients and a theme. They had to create a plate of food using the ingredients for that theme. One of the contestants (a man) had smoked gouda, almonds, and English Breakfast Tea for a ladies Breakfast. He made an almond crusted Croque Monsieur w/ smoked gouda and an English Breakfast Tea glaze/sauce. Sadly I haven’t found the recipe yet.
