I did order before and it was fine. He sent me free tea because teapot was out of stock. Just forgot to return the money.
It a very first time I have a problem with the seller.

I was charged for my full order but heard from Joey about 1-2 weeks later that it couldn’t be fulfilled and I did get a refund. Maybe he thought he put it through. Are you able to call them?
