Apple Tea??

Hey! So I have a friend who got the worst news from the doctors this week about his health. He has rare health issues and they said that there is no treatment whatsoever and he will never improve, either stay the same or get worse.
I can’t think of anything encouraging to say, but that I’m so sorry about his health.
But I figured that maybe I would send him a “care package”, maybe giving him some books and tea.
I was asking what kind of teas he likes, and he mentioned that he really likes apple.
And I used to have an apple tea, but I gave it away I think.
I generally hate apples, So I stay clear of apple teas and apple anything.

So does anyone have any apple tea recommendations?? I would really really appreciate it! In stores would be a prefered option, just because then it’s cheaper and I can get it sooner rather than waiting for a tea company to process my order and then ship it. :S
But all apple tea recommendations are welcomed!
Thanks! (:

Sorry about your friend, and that is a very nice thing you’re doing.

Apple as in seasonal blend, dessert tea, or just fruit? Lupicia has an apple black tea, 52 teas has Apple Pie Keemun, Della Terra has couple apple dessert blends. I’ve only tried (and liked) the Della Terra ones.

Both. He just really likes apple. xD
I’ll have to look both of those teas up. Thanks! :D

Butiki’s Caramel Apple. It’s delicate and fresh.

I love my sencha green apple. It’s from Simon & Levelt (NL).

It’s a sencha with a hint of fresh apple. It’s very nice.

I would look at Teavana blends. I am willing to bet they have a couple with apple as an ingredient.

April’s Green Tea has an apple flavor. It’s pretty good. Republic of Tea has a few apple flavors, blanking out on what ones though. The 1st I have found at Krogers grocery store (Sorry didn’t think to look where you are located.) and the 2nd can be found at some fruit markets in the tea section and at Whole Foods stores.

And of course there are non tea products that have apple flavors like Jolly Ranchers. If he likes candy you could try some candy stores to see if they have anything apple flavored.

So is it only apple he likes? Check the places tab, plug in your zip code/state/province and see what it comes up with, there maybe some tea shops in your area.

I’d avoid Teavana unless you can go with a friend and split the costs together. Don’t get me wrong…I am a Teavana fan and can’t wait to get a new job so I can go there again…but their prices are a bit steep.
