I used to be full on Japanese too. Lately, I have been enjoying the variety of Chinese teas. I had a nice preparation of BiLoChun, and I was hooked. But that is no slight to Japanese teas, I love them too!

What I love about them is each is prepared differently- not like Chinese greens. Keep in mind that the only 2 greens I’ve found this far not to like have been Japanese lol.
