What is your tea of choice for night time?

Occasionally I will have certain green and white teas that I already know won’t effect my sleep.

But for the most part prefer herbals at night.

As for non caffienated herbals not having health benefits…I disagree, there are quite a few herbs that have antioxidants for instance:

Cloves, oregano, allspice, cinnamon, sage, peppermint, thyme and lemon balm * Based on a quick google search.

Not to mention many herbs having other qualities. For instance: I drink chamomile tea when I am feeling crampy, nauseous or headachy. Or even if I am feeling depressed as it is a comfort tea.

I agree. Herbs have WONDERFUL health benefits, though i cannot personally attest to how well that translates to an infusion. Cinnamon, ginger, and MANY others help with digestion issues, metabolism, many, many things. Herbs = health.

Good Point:) Overall for me it tends to depend on what’s going on. Like for something simple like headache or cramps then I think an infusion would be ok. Though with anything your milage may vary.
I have also found Mint Medley tea bags from Bigelow to help sooth my tummy when I’m cramping.

For assistance in any stage of kidney failure without change of diet or medication….umm would never recommend that.
