I liked the “Often” tuo a bunch. The Menghai “7582” was a good one too. If you ever have a chance the “Repave” is good as well. They do carry black teas as well. I drink mainly puerh though.

January’s review coming soon. I really liked the Mini Chocolate Shu and the Duck Shhhh Oolong. 2008 Often a close third.

I’m with mrmopar on this one. The 7582 was the best by far, and the Often tuo is a really yummy young sheng that I enjoy quite a bit. Everything has been good really. Nothing that I’d say, well I never want to have THAT tea again! It’s all been good so far.

Wow… That 2001 tea. 10 grams of that is more than the $30 a month for the club. I was bit disappointed there wasn’t a cake this month until I saw that.

They are a delight to use, and one of the more versatile styles of pu’er picks out there.

@Phi I actually went a little overboard for the teaclub this month, since I thought 5g would only be enough for a small session and I wanted people to have the option of one big session or two small ones…but you are right, it is the 2007 RCX Yiwu

Tehe that is what is so much fun about this club. You end up trying things you never would have thought about (or splurged on) ordering on your own!

Yay! I’m happy I joined lol. I’m just getting around this last months since my box was late (not Paul’s fault, living in DC seems to delay packages).

I’m looking forward to doing a side-by-side tasting of the 7542s(1998 vs 2001 PO).

Yes, you all made it – though your packages might be a day or two later though, the big batch shipped a couple of days ago

If you signed up in June, you should have received the July box. I’d send them an email if you haven’t.

Sent them an email and got a reply a few hours later— it’s been sorted out now!
