Free shipping offers do not apply, even if a $75 order is made. International orders will be assessed with full shipping charges after the purchase and there will be no shipping discounts.
Please hit the ‘refresh’ button on every page you order from to make sure the tea list is up to date.
Orders must make the minimum before the bonus item will be added. If we run out of a tea a new tea will need to be added if it falls below the minimum so that the purchase will qualify.
We will refund 15% of your tea purchases & 10% of your teaware purchases when your order ships.
Please make sure you provide us with an email where we can reach you in case items run out, which may make you ineligible for our special offers.
Purchases that qualify for this sale must be made during November 28th-December 1st Eastern Standard Time and the daily specials apply for that day only (EST).
If you qualify for the bonus of the day, make sure to let us know what you would like added to your order if there are multiple options. If you do not let us know which teas you would like and do not respond to our emails within 5 days, the special will be void and teas will be shipped as is. Please check your email box for communications from us.
We cannot hold any teas or orders at this point.

Haha, you only just wrapped up my last package and I’m already horribly tempted. I’m glad we got the Tamerind Gui Fei into my last order, but more Two Friends might lure me into another order.
I hope you like the Tamarind Gui Fei! I love it! I think it’s better than the Tamarind Pop. Two Friends is awfully delicious!
I’m in the same boat! My order arrived today and I’m tempted to make a last LAST order. The very last, I swear! I need to try all the teas I ordered to see if I want more. Husband laughed when he saw what came in today and just said “MORE tea?!”, so I think my stash level is still in the clear!
For your international customers, will you put the regular or the discounted price on the customs form? Just checking to see how much I can get away with ordering in one shipment without getting nailed by HMRC.
Hmm, good to know. Last year I had two largeish orders from another American tea company held by the post office, and I had to pay something like £40 for them to hand them over.
I don’t think that info is correct. A number of our customers from the UK try to keep their orders below $27ish to avoid additional taxes. I don’t know for sure though.

As you can see the UK is 0% for both duties and VAT.
Quite often couriers and Royal Mail try to incorrectly charge you but if you simply tell them that it is tea you are importing and that it is not liable to any duties or VAT, they will remove the charges.
Please note teaware would be liable to duties and VAT
I placed an order not too long ago for over $90, and customs was fine with it (: I don’t think there’s any charge in the UK

Little update on the status of orders placed during our weekend sale! This year we were very prepared for the sale.
