I can say after at least 75 uses since I got this I still love it! I have no complaints, and I think it’s worth every penny. I do hope that Libre comes out with larger sizes and maybe some kind of thermal “cozy” thing to put on the cup to keep it hot longer, but those are just ideas on how to make an awesome cup better, not a gripe by any means!

@ BigFatFaTEA – Libre Tea is coming out with a larger 400 ml glass later this month and a 320ml mug in November! Cindy

I have not tried this, but I was looking for another product and it actually looks kinda cool.

It is cool. I’ve had mine for since March. I use the Aladdin and it’s fairly leak-proof. I always just toss mine in my backpack or purse and my textbooks and stuff always stay dry.

I must say I love my new mug! I use it all the time. Interesting viewing concept for the Harney & Sons tumbler. We do appreciate your support! :-)

I use this one – I’ve had it since 2009. It stays warms forever – actually sometimes it stays too hot!. The strainer works really well. It isn’t see-through, but I think that helps keep the warmth in. The only thing I’d like was if it was a little larger, but otherwise I am surprised how much this mug does the trick!

Stay away from Libre tea travel mug! It works for the first few times you use it, and then it starts to leak. Hot water bubbles out of the seals and it’s easy to get burned while you’re trying to deal with the mess. If I knew what I know now, I wouldn’t invest in this unit.

I’ve wanted a travel press that fit my idea of well done.

When I went to a trade show recently I got to sample using this product and was impressed enough to order them for my store.

I like the double wall, the price, the press (keeping the tea separated after infusing without having to deal with the leaves is nice, and the press foot is silicone edged, not metal)
It is easy to drink from and closes back up securely.
Now, if someone could just make this with a timer in the lid that beeps, I’d have everything I imagined.

I’ll update after I have sold some.

I agree that the strainer in the liquid solutions product is worthless, also a strong smell and taste of plastic as well as metal was released that completley obscured the even the flavor of strong brewed black tea.

I have the perfect steeper from Eight Cranes (very similar to the Harney and Sons one), and am in love with it. The only “issue” I have had is that sometimes the lids seal so tight I can barely get it open, and not spill hot tea all over my notes in class, and the need to tip it slowly to avoid the air bubbles in the steeping chamber. Also Mei the founder was very prompt in responding to my emails despite the hectic time of year I contacted her.

ColumbiaKate and Spearmint, thanks for the product recommendations, I’m keen to try a tested travel infuser (…now that I’ve had to put my dangerous Libre aside)!

I use a Teas Etc. travel mug, it’s wonderful! Leak proof, even if the water is super hot the mug doesn’t burn me. I can use and reuse the leaves all day; it’s been a great addition!

Update on my Libre Poly n’ Glass:
I LOVE this mug, I really do, I practically preach to everyone who sees me using it and asks about it. Seriously, you’d think I have stock in the company. I am sad as of late because my Libre mug is starting to have issues. :( The pretty metal decoration over the plastic strainer ring is now unglued so I have a really hard time separating the cap from the strainer or the strainer from the cup. I have also had some leaking as of late, but that may be my fault because I have been steeping with boiling water and it could be that I haven’t given the water enough time to cool before putting the cap on. I still use my mug everyday despite the issues, but I think I may look for a replacement to use for the times that my mug absolutely needs to be leakproof.
